* Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them * Responsible for the full cycle of all recruitment related activities to meet the needs of busine Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Responsible for the full cycle of all recruitment related activities to meet the needs of business units Responsible for the entire on-boarding process of new employees including managing and implementing the induction program and training for new employees Responsible for timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll Remain informed at all times of new MOM, Statutory Acts & legislations which may affect employees' benefits and compensation, and which might need reporting to management Maintain the employee's database and achieve the target set for key HR metrics and indicator Application of work passes for staff of the company Process employment documentation, claims, insurance, medical Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent Prior experience in similar function EA License Number: 22C1278
