: * Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions. * Administration and maintenance of HRMS. * Handle worker payroll processing including data entry, upload salary payment t : Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions. Administration and maintenance of HRMS. Handle worker payroll processing including data entry, upload salary payment to the bank, generate payslip . Process employees benefits claims and maintain updated claims records Administer reservist makeup pay claims and government-paid leave claims e.g. maternity, childcare & paternity leave. Ordering of pantry / refreshment items. Submit IR21 clearance for foreign employees and employees annual income declaration to tax authority. Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance. Participate in various Committees. Assist in COVID related measures. Any other adhoc duties as assigned. Requirement . Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification . Min. 1 year of relevant experience . Good knowledge of Employment Act and other local legislations . Organized, detail oriented and a team player . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment . Good interpersonal and communication skills .
