You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, talent management and implementing HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with
MOM regulations
, employment laws, CPF policies and HR policies.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and other statutory requirements.
Renewal of permits.
2. Talent Recruitment and Management
Assist in recruitment process to attract and hire the right talent.
Involved in developing effective retention strategies to engage and retain high-potential employees.
Oversee onboarding and prepare performance reviews.
3. Training & Development
Identify training needs and implement staff development programs aligned with business goals.
Tap on available government grants (e.g., SkillsFuture, SFEC, etc.)
to support training initiatives.
Monitor training effectiveness and ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
Renewal of certifications and courses.
4. HR Systems & Data Management
Experience in Infotech HR system (e.g., payroll, leave, performance management systems).
Prepare monthly salaries, leave entitlements and to generate monthly reports.
5. SOP Development & Process Improvement
Assist in enhancing existing
HR policies, SOPs, and workflows
to improve efficiency and consistency.
Ensure effective implementation and compliance with HR policies.
Assist in performance reviews and manage appraisal processes.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, MOM laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a property startup environment is essential.
A strong desire to lead and inspire a team.
