What the role is:As a Human Resource (HR) Executive, HR Service Centre (Executive and Administrative Staff) in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will support the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) in MOE HQ and schools, in support of MOE HR objectives.What you will be working on:

• Provide strong administrative support in HR operations and ensure good standard of delivery of HR services to EAS \xe2\x80\xa2 Process requests related to employment matters and applications, including preparation of submissions for senior management\'s approval \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in case management, including fact-finding, evaluation and recommendation \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle HR queries in a responsive manner and support communications to employees on HR matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage line managers to facilitate effective HR management \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain, update and analyse HR data for reporting

What we are looking for:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or general administration \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player who is resourceful and meticulous with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable in handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
