Human Resource Executive
- Working Days: 5days
- Working Timing: 9am-6pm
- Working Location: Ubi
- Starting Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

:
- Handle work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
- Maintain up-to-date HR database
- Manage recruitment process (advertisement; arrange interview, on-boarding, off-boarding letters and related matters)
- Maintain and update employee leave record
- Administer employee medical claims
- Maintain/update company contact list, organisation chart
- Handle government agencies surveys
- Submission of government paid leave, NS claims and other government claims
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or relevant qualifications
- At least 1 full year of work experience in a HR generalist role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Singapore labour law and compliance
