Maintain employee records for both Singapore and Malaysia offices.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process and collaborate with Head of Departments to understand the skills and competencies required for openings
Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for newly hired employees, trainees and interns
Prepare and process documentation for various Human Resources functions
Organize performance appraisal procedures for employees, trainees, and interns.
Schedule and liaise with respective vendors/schools for recruitment fairs and other Human Resources events/training/seminars
Ensure that firm\'s subscriptions are applied, renewed and/or terminated promptly
Curate learning and development programs
Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, research and propose competitive salary and incentives
Manage Work Pass, Practicing Certificate, Professional Indemnity Insurance applications, renewals and termination
Maintain high compliance with relevant bodies and recommended best practices, review and update policies and practices from time to time
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Analyse data with Human Resources metrics and prepare quarterly reports
Serve as point of contact for most Human Resources related issues, rules, and regulations
Maintain high confidentiality on all Human Resources related matters
Keep up-to-date with the latest Human Resources trends and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Professional Services industry
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
