Join them in this exciting journey as a: Human Resource Executive This position is responsible for providing strong and reliable support to the Human Resource Department that comprises of payroll management, administration of employee benefits and compensation, maintenance of employee personal data management and other ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Supporting in the full spectrum of HR functions that aligns to the organisational goals \xc2\xb7 Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of information in the Info-Tech system and the P-File of individual employee \xc2\xb7 Coordinating and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for all available positions (which include job posting, liaising with external job agencies/unions, shortlisting of candidates, scheduling & conducting of interviews and onboarding/offboarding functions) \xc2\xb7 Administering the onboarding of new hires including generation of employment-related document, conduct induction program, liaising with internal stakeholders on staff account creation and IT equipment, and any other administration that successfully on-board the new staff \xc2\xb7 Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment quota \xc2\xb7 Administering employees\' insurance policies, medical expenses and employees\' training registrations \xc2\xb7 Responsible for payroll generation, statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21 \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for training registration, training grants applications and ensuring accurate training records for each department \xc2\xb7 Handling employees\' enquiries relating to staff handbook, corporate staff benefits and all matters relating to labor laws and regulations \xc2\xb7 Assisting with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g., LMS, MOM Surveys, etc.) \xc2\xb7 Administering the annual appraisal cycle \xc2\xb7 Performing any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by Head, Human Resource Requirements \xc2\xb7 Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution \xc2\xb7 Highly self-motivated \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office \xc2\xb7 Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church Are you ready for a challenging and exciting endeavour that will require the investment of a lot of hard work, dedication and all your experience?
