HR cum admin (Executive / Manager)

HR Responsibilities:

Advertising, search and recruiting for candidates Filling positions within an organization ( Locally and Oversea ) Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization. Handling of administration and record-keeping. Executing recruitment plans efficiently. Drafting and posting job descriptions. Scheduling and Interviewing candidates ( 1st round ). Training and on-boarding new staffs Preparing job offers. Prepare contract , grant and training grants Coordinating all Grant application and submission Scheduling and coordinating staffs roster with stakeholder Responsible for supporting the functional team on daily administration matters / tasks in a meticulous manner. Preparing Monthly payroll and report Support functional teams on the daily operational tasks which includes: Administration (Proper filing system , invoicing, Organise and schedule meetings etc) simple Book-keeping of the business Liaising and coordinate effectively with clients / stakeholder on business and administrative matters Assist with documentation and submission of reports to the management, when required Respond to enquiries and feedback Administrative documentation Assisting in Students Job Placements
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR cum Admin. Excellent communication skills. Have good knowledge of recruiting , guides etc . Excellent record keeping. Able to performance the job immediately Those with experience in the WSQ Administrative will have an added advantage Possess good initiative, outgoing and a great team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
