Job Description

Our client, a warehousing facility, is seeking an HR Operations Executive to join their team and play a vital role in managing the HR function. As an HR Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing HR activities such as payroll, attendance management, benefits administration, and other HR operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong understanding of HR Management Systems (HRMS) including but not limited to ADP, BambooHR, Workday, PeopleBookHR, and Oracle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage HR operations, including attendance management, payroll processing, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain employee records
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Work with other departments to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Provide support in various HR functions, such as performance management and employee relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HRMS and experience in its implementation
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen eye for details
• Experience with Payroll duties
