Job Description

What you will be doing:

Recruitment and Talent Retention:Are you able to spot that talent from the sea of applications? Have you successfully implemented ideas that retain star performers?

Onboarding and Talent Development:Do you know how to assimilate new joiners into the new environment? Can you transform "raw talents" into "shining stars"?

Performance Management:Have you played a key role in the performance management process?

Employee Engagement:Have you run programmes / initiatives to ensure employees stay engaged and motivated, and ultimately stay with the organisation?

Corporate Social Responsibility:Do you believe in giving back to the community (environment, people and commercial)?

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Experience:
