Minimum Diploma with experience in handling recruitment, learning & development program
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment process (including placement of job advertisements, interview arrangements, conduct reference checks
Manage employee personal file and HR administration such as on-boarding/offboarding arrangement, staff confirmation, letters, work permits, etc
Assist in training processes such as sourcing for training courses, course registration, claims submission
Ensure ISO documents and training records are updated promptly
Handle staff inquiries pertaining to HR matters such as leave balance, etc
Other HR functions duties may be assigned from time to time.
