Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support
Assist in full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, contract signing and onboarding for new joins
Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance procedures
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment, confirmation, increment and promotion etc)
Perform leave administration and overtime computation
Plan and manage training related matters
General administrative duties including documentation, filing and updating of data
Covering of reception duty as and when required
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist and strong in recruitment
Has experience implementing HRMS system will be advantageous
Needs to cover reception duty as and when required
2. HR Executive ( Changi )
Responsibilities:
Payroll
Checking of monthly attendance to ensure no errors for conversion in the payroll software
Accurate calculation of overtime hours
Administer accurate payroll generation
Preparation of monthly payroll report to Finance
Submission of CPF contribution
Preparation of IR21 and IR8A submission when necessary
Recruitment
Liaising with various recruitment agencies on shortlisting of candidates and coordinating interviews
Responsible for all work pass matters not limited to application, issuance and cancellation
Drafting of employment agreements and letters
Conduct orientation for new hires, issuing of work passes and access cards
Conducting of exit interview for resignees
Employee Engagement & Relations
Actively engages employees to gather feedback on Company culture, work etc.
Coordinates monthly birthday celebrations, and other ad-hoc projects as required
Facilitates and plans Company Annual D&D
Learning & Development
Consolidate all Departments training plan/needs and source for suitable courses accordingly
Sign up employees for courses upon approval
Responsible for the training providers\' evaluation to ensure effective training is done
Submission of training grants when necessary
Administration
Maintaining of employee p-files and documentation
Submission and monitoring of ESG grants
Submission of levy waiver, NS makeup pay, maternity leave & paternity leave claim etc
Monitoring of expiry dates of vendor contracts
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment
