Specialize in end-to-end recruitment functions which include identifying all suitable channels and platforms to source for talents, job posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding
Research and apply strategic recruitment and retention policies
Work closely with the Area Manager/ Supervisor on the recruitment needs and deliver consistent and timely manpower results
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Assist in HR projects and other HR tasks as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Min. 2 years of proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency)
Good knowledge of local employment legislation and fair employment guidelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems
Recruitment in F&B industry would be an added advantage
Able to start work immediately
