Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resource Executive to join their team and contribute to the overall success of the HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR activities, such as recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, training, and development programs. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in HR functions, with a strong understanding of HR Management Systems (HRMS) such as ADP, BambooHR, Workday, PeopleBookHR, and Oracle. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain the HRMS system
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Manage employee records and assist with administration of employee benefits programs
• Participate in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Work with other departments to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Provide support in various HR functions, such as performance management and employee relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of HRMS and experience in its implementation
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
