Job Description
Summary:
- Mon- Fri
- 9am -6pm
- up to $3500
- Location: Ubi
- Benefits : 14days, AWS and VB
- Full spectrum of HR administrative functions.
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
- Work with the company\'s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
- Handle MOM surveys, Government grants and related documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of all documents.
- You will be involved with employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management and handle employee grievances.
- Responsible forconfirmations, annual appraisal and off boarding processes
- Oversee HR SOPs relating to staff
- Offer support on ad-hoc HR tasks and projects as required.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource or related field required
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience of HR experience in security industry.
- Experience in employment law in Singapore
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
