Key Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager in full-spectrum human resource operations
Manage
- applications, renewals, cancellations
Develop and coordinate
staff training plans and development programs
Prepare and issue HR letters: appointments, confirmations, warnings, terminations, salary revisions, etc.
Maintain accurate HR records: onboarding, offboarding, leave, insurance, uniform inventory
Administer
NS make-up pay
, tax clearance, and government-paid leave claims
Conduct new hire
onboarding and orientation sessions
Participate in
employee engagement and welfare programs
Assist with other
HR projects and improvements
as needed
Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:45 PM
(5.25-day work week)*
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of HR administrative and recruitment experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
