Key Responsibilities

Support the HR Manager in full-spectrum human resource operations Manage

end-to-end recruitment & selection

: job postings, resume screening, interviews, agency & institution engagement Handle

Work Pass administration

- applications, renewals, cancellations Develop and coordinate

staff training plans and development programs

Prepare and issue HR letters: appointments, confirmations, warnings, terminations, salary revisions, etc. Maintain accurate HR records: onboarding, offboarding, leave, insurance, uniform inventory Administer

NS make-up pay

, tax clearance, and government-paid leave claims Conduct new hire

onboarding and orientation sessions

Participate in

employee engagement and welfare programs

Assist with other

HR projects and improvements

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Minimum 3 years of HR administrative and recruitment experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
