Lead end-to-end recruitment, from crafting job postings to coordinating interviews and selecting the right talent.
Partner with hiring managers to schedule and manage interview processes.
Handle onboarding processes to give new hires a warm and seamless start.
Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with policies and regulations.
Build lasting partnerships with ITEs and Polytechnics for internship and graduate hiring.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
Contribute to HR projects and support various people initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
1-2 years of HR experience, ideally in operational or administrative functions.
Understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of
Infotech HRM system
is preferred.
Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
