My Client is a growing construction company seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to manage HR operations for both head office and site staff. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, work pass administration, payroll support, and ensure compliance with Singapore's employment regulations.
You will play a key role in maintaining smooth manpower operations and supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Manage
work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
(Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) via
MOM portal (EP Online / WP Online)
.
Coordinate manpower deployment for various sites in compliance with
MOM quota requirements
.
Maintain accurate HR and payroll data; support monthly payroll processing and
CPF, IRAS, and statutory submissions
.
Prepare HR letters, contracts, and ensure proper filing of personnel documents.
Handle employee welfare, grievances, and disciplinary issues with professionalism.
Coordinate with Safety Department for worker induction, training, and compliance documentation.
Organize staff welfare activities and engagement programs.
Support HR audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of HR experience
, preferably in the
construction or engineering sector
.
Knowledge of
Employment Act
,
Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA)
, and
MOM regulations
.
Experience using
WP Online / EP Online
,
CPF
, and
IRAS submissions
.
Proficient in
MS Office
and HR software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and handle site-based workforce matters.
