Job Description


Responsibilities :

  • Assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts, orientation and training & development.
  • Assist in processing work passes renewal and applications
  • Manage the submission of government-related transactions and grants
  • Update HR SOPs and HR policies
  • Handle insurance claims eg. Group H&S, Group Personal Accident, Workmen Compensation Insurance claims
  • Other duties as assigned.
Pre-requisites:
  • GCE 'O'/'A' Levels with Diploma in HR discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations regulations.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
