Responsibilities
You will manage the full employee life cycle transactions from recruitment, on-boarding, performance appraisal, staff benefits to exit. You will handle queries and provide HR advice to line managers and employees. You will be involved with the administration of staff awards and organisation of staff events.
You will be part of the HR team to review and evaluate policies and processes to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency in support for a high-performance culture.
