Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding, including payroll processing.
Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
Manage and maintain employees within Employees’ attendance, tardiness, leave, insurance and other employee relations matters
Assisting in maintaining accurate personnel records, attendance records, leave records and general administrative duties including documentation and filing.
Prepare employee related documentation including but not limited to offer letter, employment contracts, confirmation, NDA, employment certificates, staff orientation and HR related document.
Check and process employee reimbursement claims
Organize and arrange relevant training or knowledge sharing sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
Prepare and process payroll, commission, bonuses, CPF, Income Tax, IR8A and other relevant statutory required submission
Prepare relevant reports and data for audit, compliance and publication
Keep abreast of the latest government’s initiatives, regulations and requirements applicable to the business for implementation
Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group’s employee appraisal where applicable
Ensure up-to-date, accurate and proper document filing and archiving
Responsible for process that includes the placement of job advertisement in job portals, arranging for interviews and other HR related administration task.
Maintains and files all HR related records such as opening of employee personal files; tracks and updates all staff leave applications, staff appraisals and reviews
Process work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
Coordinate and manage foreign workers dormitory matter
Handle employees’ medical insurance, workman injury compensation and group hospitalization
Purchase of air ticket/performance bond/accommodation and arrangement for foreign workers.
Handling of company insurances (e.g : Public liability & Workmen Injury Compensation).
Computation of monthly payroll including government claims (NS/Maternity/Paternity/Childcare).
Attention to detail, diplomatic, high integrity, professionalism and good problem solving skills.
Other adhoc duties by management assigned from time to time
