Job Description


  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle and on-boarding.
  • Conducts periodic pay surveys; schedules and conducts job evaluations; prepares pay budgets; monitors and schedules individual pay actions; recommends, plans, and implements pay structure revisions.
  • Submit insurance claims and claims to various government agencies.
  • Apply, manage and maintain training grants with statutory bodies.
  • Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
  • Maintain and update employee’s records such as salary adjustment, bio-data.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
  • Min 3 years of related experience in Construction Industry preferably
  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
