A large part of your portfolio will focus on the full spectrum of Recruiting activities (for the assigned segments). You will effectively handle internal and external talent pools to ensure timely and effective fulfilment of recruitment activities. Such will include:

• Keeping the job listing fresh and effectively written;
• Hunting for the relevant profiles of quality candidates;
• Providing timely update and response to talent pool during at critical touch-points; whilst maintaining compliance to the process.
• Be a Champion to deepen and strengthen untapped talent pipeline. This includes the design, concept and implementation of Employee Referrals on-the-go, measures the conversion and success rates and administering the incentives for successful referrals.

You will also be part of the project team member in the Employer Branding exercise for us to gain traction in our talent brand as a Best Place to Work Employer.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of specialist recruiting experience (from junior to mid-management level);
• Prior experience in recruiting for sales & service/non-executive related roles will be an advantage;
• A combination of in-house and agency experience will be ideal;
• Ability to articulate thought process; observations and assessments in a factual and evidence-based manner;
• High-energy, a keen learner with a sense of commercial awareness; able to balance ideals vs. reality with hiring managers;
• Familiar with Singapore labour laws and work passes regulations (unionised environment);
• Has an appetite for continuous learning, is focused and thrive in a team-based environment.
