Job Description


  • Assist to manage full spectrum of HR & GA functions, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development and general affairs administration etc.
  • Process end month payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 & IR8A and etc. and ensure that it is processed timely and accurately.
  • Be the main point of contact with regards to employee relation issues and work closely with Operations to manage employee-related matters such as onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding of resigned employees etc.
  • Perform recruitment (advertisement, screening interview scheduling, offer and onboarding activities)
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions regarding HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare and also assist in driving the implementation.
  • Maintain accurate HR database, input and update employee’s particulars and information in HRIS system
  • Spearhead and support various HR projects & initiatives.
  • Ability to draft a proper HR related letters (i.e., Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, Memo & etc.)
  • Administer application and renewal of food shop and liquor licenses
  • Submission of insurance claims
  • Compile and prepare weekly/monthly HR metrics, payroll and overtime report.
  • All other ad-hoc reports and duties assigned by HR & GA Manager
Job Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Degree in HR or Business Administration or related studies with at least 3 years of similar HR experience preferably in F&B industry
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, IRAS and MOM regulations and HR best practices
  • Good written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate good leadership qualities, mature and is able to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgement when handling sensitive issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
