Job Description
What the role is
You will join a team of HR professionals to support HDB’s effort to recruit and retain the right talent.
What you will be working on
You will be supporting the HR Managers on the following work areas:
• Recruitment exercises for various job families
• Performance appraisal and performance-based remuneration exercises
• Re-employment of staff
You will also have the opportunity to take part in HR projects that leverage on technology to enhance productivity.
What we are looking for
Applicants should have good interpersonal and communication skills, must be a team player, meticulous and also able to work independently in a fast paced work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be advantageous.
