Job Description



Responsibilities

: " . Hands-on daily HR operational matters . Assist in the full recruitment cycle from posting of job advertisements to shortlisting and preparation of offer package. (Posting of job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, conducting pre-screening interviews and reference checks.) . Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation, increment, transfer, warning letters and etc. . Submit and process of government grants for company and employees. . Prepare and submit statutory documents and all employer related claims (NS makeup, maternity/paternity, childcare leave etc) . Handle employee medical insurance and benefits administration . Create and maintain accurate employee leave records in HR System and Filing . Responsible for the MOM quarterly survey . Manage application, renewal and cancellation of Work Passes . Liaise with MOM . Keep updated on Employment Law . Other duties assigned by reporting manager/HOD Requirements . Diploma/ Certificate at least 2 years of working experience in the related field . Positive working attitude, independent, has initiative, flexible and a good team player . Able to relate well with staff of all levels . Team player with excellent interpersonal skill .
