• Support end-to-end recruitment functions which include job posting and screening
• Onboarding & Offboarding cycle
• Update and maintain employees' personal data and records.
• Handle employee medical and leaves matters
• Manage application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes
• Engage and provide HR advisory to employees
• Collate recruitment statistics for management reporting
• Ad-Hoc responsibilities/task assign by management

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in payroll is a must.
• Proactive and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Well versed in local employment legislations

Expected Start Date: Able to start work as soon as possibleJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per monthSchedule:
