Roles & Responsibilities * Handle full spectrum of HR function * Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes * To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedul Roles & Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of HR function Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedule interviews Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc On-boarding / Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation Handle monthly payroll and salary report preparation Design, oversee and implement Company's compensation and benefits programs Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system Organize corporate events Review and update HR Policies Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21 Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned Requirements Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines At least 1 year HR and payroll processing experience Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment, under minimal supervision Other information: Medical & Dental benefits upon confirmation Increased annual leave entitlements and birthday leave Long service award and cash incentive Annual salary review & performance bonus Company reward incentives Quarterly employee engagement activities Free snacks and drinks Free monthly company arranged lunch & drinks Corporate Individual Mobile Scheme Plans Training & Development
