Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and submit Govt surveys.
  • Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filling for the company such as IR21 and IR8A.
  • Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
  • Maintain employee records within the system, and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for retail ops and HQ.
  • Prepare payroll reports, submit bank file and CPF etc.
  • Provide advice and support on payroll related queries to employer.
  • Leave administrator to handle all leave queries and entitlements.
  • Manage foreign worker work permit applications, renewals and terminations.
  • Maintain employee records and employee portal including leave and uploading of digital payslips.
  • Assist HR Manager to review and streamline HR policies and work processes to improve departmental productivity
  • Assist HR Manager in strategic and functional HR development
  • Oversee company training
  • Develop and implement new initiatives related to full scope of HR such as Learning & Development, Compensation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive, Independent, and good team-player
  • Experience in Unit4 ProSoft will be an advantage
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
