Manage HR functions to enhance organization performance and employee engagement. The functions include talent recruitment, administrative management, performance management.
Responsible for employment related issues such as maintenance of employees record, and applications such as renewal, cancellation and tax clearance for foreign employees.
Responsible for company employee engagement activities.
Work closely with the management, employees to implement HR policies effectively.
Learn and adopt new digital HR technologies to enhance work effectiveness.
Relevant Experience
Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Positive attitude with strong desire to learn.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Good Housekeeping Practices.
Familiarization with Singapore Employment Act is a plus.
