Job Description
Location: City Hall
Working hour: Mon - Thur 9am - 6.30pm; Fri 9am - 6pm
Employment duration: 6 months (Extendable)
Salary: $21/hour
Job responsibilities:
1. Conduct Focus Group Discussions with stakeholders
2. Support the development of a community of practice for HR analytics officers.
3. Support the development of analytics gig projects, use cases and dashboards
Requirements:
- Devise solutions and strategies to help raise HR analytics capabilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to conduct focus groups, develop analytics use cases and dashboards
- Collaborate with public agencies to build up analytics capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and data visualisation software such as Tableau
