Assist & support the HR Managers on the full spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations, and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications
Preparation of Employment contract, memos, and other necessary letters & correspondence
Liaising with dormitory, vendors and related parties, and internal customer
Manage the medical claim records and others that are relevant
Verification of OT and allowances for payroll processing
Handle the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding process
Maintain & update the HR system
Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, sourcing, and registration
Manage the employee\'s communication e.g announcement of policies, events, etc
Other administrative duties
Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
Diploma with 2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and collaborate with team members.
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
