HR Executive
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Processing of monthly payroll.
  • Work closely with hiring manager on manpower needs, screening & interviewing candidates.
  • Conduct orientation and On and Off boarding process.
  • Application of work pass, entry permits etc
  • Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation, increment, warning letters, etc.
  • Update and maintain P-files on both hard copies and system.
  • Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process.
  • Application of government grants for company and employees.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities for the staff
  • Manage staff benefit, annual leave, medical, monthly reimbursement claims and others
  • Employee relations & performance management
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Candidate should possess Diploma / professional qualifications in any HR related field.
  • Min 1-3 years of working experience relating to HR
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, and good team player.
  • Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality
