Info-Tech is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Human Resource Executive. As the Human Resource Executive, you will play a key role in managing our organization\'s most valuable asset \xe2\x80\x93 our people. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company attracts and retains top talent by creating a positive and inclusive work environment. This senior-level position requires excellent interpersonal skills, an understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Managing the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding, conducting interviews and overseeing the onboarding process.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring all employee data is kept confidential.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and partnering with legal counsel as required.
• Overseeing performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing employee feedback.
• Developing and delivering training programs to help employees grow and develop in their roles.
• Managing employee benefits programs and providing guidance to employees on their questions.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in managing HR function.
• Experience in the software or technology industry is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
