Prepare Letter of Appointments to selected candidates
Apply/Renew/Cancellation/Appeals work passes for foreigners; eg. Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependant\xe2\x80\x99s Pass and Work Permit
Initiate data entry for new hires and maintain personnel data / information changes for existing / resignee staff in Prosoft and SAP system accurately for Local,
Update staff\'s CV for new hires
Create / maintain employees records in SAP of New Hire/Rehire/change of employment Type/Cessation etc
Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees\xe2\x80\x99 employment, resignation, termination, retirement, SMO appointment letter, Certificate of Service, testimonials, embassy letter for visa, PR Application, ICA Form 4A and etc for staff
Arrange medical examination for new joiner as necessary and pre-confirmation check-up for probation staff
Purchase of air ticket/performance bond arrangement for foreign workers
Follow-up on employee probation review and preparing of confirmation letter
Provide relevant information to respective project for the submission of permission and manpower declaration - MTI
Follow up and update residential address and contact in MOM for stay home notices for work permit and S Pass holders in construction section
Requirements
Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task well in a fast-paced environment
Well versed with local employment laws and regulation
