xc2xb7 Seek and consolidate assessment of temporary staff requisition requests for management approval.
xc2xb7 Answer to divisions' temporary staff requests and enquiries
xc2xb7 Liaison point between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies
xc2xb7 Process monthly e-invoices for temp staff salaries by recruitment agencies
xc2xb7 Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for temp staff
xc2xb7 Manage temporary staff record
xc2xb7 Process timesheet and payroll
xc2xb7 Prepare for employment contract for temp staff
Recruitment operations:
xc2xb7 Schedule recruitment interviews
xc2xb7 Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact
xc2xb7 candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)
xc2xb7 Administer reference checks
xc2xb7 Send reject emails and track reasons for rejection
xc2xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
xc2xb7 Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
xc2xb7 Preferably >3 years of relevant experience
xc2xb7 Possesses good organisational skills and is meticulous
xc2xb7 Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
xc2xb7 Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player
