Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement
Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences
Prepare and submit survey/statistical reports as requested by government bodies
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Participate in annual HR exercises such as salary review and performance appraisals
Update and maintain accurate employee data and manage leave administration
Full knowledge in handling work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation etc), if necessary
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned if required
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in Human resource
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Hardworking, highly self-motivated, disciplined, work independently and lastly able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
