Human Resource Executive

Job Description


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement
  • Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences
  • Prepare and submit survey/statistical reports as requested by government bodies
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Participate in annual HR exercises such as salary review and performance appraisals
  • Update and maintain accurate employee data and manage leave administration
  • Full knowledge in handling work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation etc), if necessary
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Other ad-hoc admin/HR duties assigned if required
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human resource
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • Hardworking, highly self-motivated, disciplined, work independently and lastly able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
