What you will be working on
You will work in a team to ensure the Human Resource (HR) operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and undertake the automation of HR processes. Your key responsibilities include: • Prepare and implement the 360 Feedback Exercise, including drafting the relevant communications and following up with learning interventions • Support the review and implementing of MOT functional competency frameworks • Refresh the learning roadmaps for the divisions • Administer postings of officers, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies’ HR to complete the posting requirements, including issuing secondment agreements and updating HR records • Assist in recruitment activities and offboarding processes • Review and refine the HR e-filing system • Work on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for recruitment and training processes
