Supervise the entire employee movement cycle within the group:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation, implementing required changes to ensure compliances.
Act as point of contact for managers regarding all human resource matters
Build quality relationship with internal/external customers via monthly engagement.
Ensure all documents related to recruitment and placements are in order: organization chart/manpower plan, job description, job analysis, job pricing strategy.
Preparation of commission payable
Manage all travel related expenses and booking
Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
