Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related fields.
- Knowledge in HRIS management and monitoring
- * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to give presentations, seminars, webinars, and training
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software
- Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes
- Excellent leadership, training, and developmental skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Expert in labor laws set by governing authorities and organizations
