Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, focusing on a diverse range of roles from engineers to general laborers.
Foreign Worker Management:
Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes (e.g., Work Permits , S-Passes , Employment Passes ) in line with government regulations.
HR Strategy & Workforce Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with construction project needs and support project managers with workforce planning and deployment.
Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, union requirements, and safety standards (e.g., WSH, WICA), and maintain proper documentation.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary procedures, and foster positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer payroll, manage benefits, and process performance reviews.
Training & Development:
Coordinate employee training, safety certifications, and support career development initiatives.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate HR records, employment agreements, and personnel files.
Essential Skills:
Experience in the construction industry.
Strong coordination skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
