Lead the HR team, drive the creation and implementation of people strategy and ensure that all HR-related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively.
Provide full range of HR support for Singapore site (talent acquisition/ learning & Development/ Compensation & Benefits/ operations, etc.).
Propose, develop and execute effective and strategic hiring channel/resources for open positions and talent pipeline.
Handle benefits administration and staff matters including Insurance, annual leave and personnel records.
Engaged in HR activities to build company branding.
Perform HR & administrative tasks relating to Employee Services.
Act as a coach and confidant.
Requirements:
Degree level education or equivalent.
8+ years HR management experience , experience with FMCG/retail industry preferred.
Good knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and benefits schemes in Singapore.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), required to work closely with Mandarin speaking stakeholders base in China.
Ability to manage deadlines.
