Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team, drive the creation and implementation of people strategy and ensure that all HR-related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively.
  • Provide full range of HR support for Singapore site (talent acquisition/ learning & Development/ Compensation & Benefits/ operations, etc.).
  • Propose, develop and execute effective and strategic hiring channel/resources for open positions and talent pipeline.
  • Handle benefits administration and staff matters including Insurance, annual leave and personnel records.
  • Engaged in HR activities to build company branding.
  • Perform HR & administrative tasks relating to Employee Services.
  • Act as a coach and confidant.
Requirements:
  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • 8+ years HR management experience , experience with FMCG/retail industry preferred.
  • Good knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and benefits schemes in Singapore.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), required to work closely with Mandarin speaking stakeholders base in China.
  • Ability to manage deadlines.
