Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
Trainee will be able to participate in management levels meetings and discussions so that he can actively contribute to strategic planning to help meet organization objectives
How to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
Trainee will be able to communicate with all employees and stakeholders in a professional manner, both verbally and non verbally
Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll) and database management and record keeping
Trainee will be able to learn and use existing HR systems and software within the organization so that he can effectively manage databases and records
