Job Description

Position will be based at our Head Office in Singapore.The position reports to the Director, Human Resources, and requires the individual to work closely with business and functions heads in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.Duties & Responsibilities: Operational HR Role

• Responsible for all HR aspects for businesses in Singapore and Malaysia such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development.
• Provide supervision to HR support staff

Regional Group Role

• Partner with country Human Resource managers to develop, update and implement Human Resource policies and processes for the Group.
• Analyse market trends and metrics and use such data to design, develop and implement Group compensation and benefits policies, processes and framework.
• Establish strong relationships with business and function leaders and provide advice on Human Resource policies and practices.
• Work with country Human Resource managers to manage Performance Management and Annual Appraisal processes.
• Review, evaluate and execute Group benefits and insurance renewal

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business or Human Resource related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant Human Resource experience.
• Possess the ability to work well with all levels within an organization, able to manage people as well as being hands-on to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and highly numerate
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow tasks through to completion
• Team player with a positive, can do attitude
• Able to travel overseas if required
