Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning for hiring to support a growing company
- Develop and execute communication, reporting & performance management processes
- Payroll and benefits management
- Be a HR Partner to operations managers
- Ensure compliance with government HR policies
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in human resource in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Good people management skills
- Attention to detail and good in managing administrative tasks
- Good communication skills
- Able to achieve win-win in conflict or difficult situations
- Able to work independently
- Passion for development of people
