Roles Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

1. Trainee will be able to develop clear workplace policies and ensure policy awareness. Trainee will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy while maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures 2. Trainee will learn how to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Trainee will also be able to resolve conflicts through positive mediation and investigate all situations thoroughly to ensure fair verdict of solution given to nuture a positive working environment 3. Trainee will be able to handle the company's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes. At the same time ensure smooth onboarding process of new hires and ensure that termination procedures of employees are in accordance to SOP. 4. Trainee will learn how to collect employee working timesheets and prepare employees’ salaries by the end of each month. Trainee will also learn how to conduct employee performance and wage reviews on high and low perfoming employees.


Technical Skills & Competencies

1. Learn to implement workplace policies, standards and procedures while maintaining guidelines 2. Ability to resolve workplace conflicts and handle all staff-related matters using the correct methods 3. Learn to manage recruitment, onboarding and termination processes 4. Handle payroll management and conduct wage reviews
