Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, dotted line to Chief Human Resource Officer stationed in Hong Kong office, your roles include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Providing leadership for the HR function including business partnering, learning, organisational effectiveness, talent management etc
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Providing leadership, planning, coaching and guidance to the HR team, nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Administration of payroll and tax related matters with a payroll vendor
  • Formulating, implementing, executing and reviewing of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations
  • Provide subject matter expertise to managers regarding HR matters such as recruitment and disciplinary issues
  • Prepare HR & admin budgets
  • Participates in external and internal audits
  • Oversee the overall function of the office administration matters
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required
What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent with a minimum 5 years of human resources experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in key areas of human resources: business partnering, employee relations, learning, payroll, organisation design, resourcing and talent management, DE&I
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities with an ability to deliver strategic and operational advice to support leaders on a wide range of Human Resources and Employee Relations matters
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Strong team leadership (formal or informal) skills with good a sense of humour and fun
