Support development of HR strategic mid-term plans and initiatives that support business needs
Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits
Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Oversee the full spectrum of employees' lift cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment
Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration
Coordinate in implementing workplace health programmes
