Job description * Manage end to end HR functions in alignment to business strategies planning (e.g. talent acquisition, management, staff engagement) * Manages employee administration matters su Job description Manage end to end HR functions in alignment to business strategies planning (e.g. talent acquisition, management, staff engagement) Manages employee administration matters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, performance appraisal, termination, tax matters, insurance, leave administration, training and developments, and update and maintain Human Resources information / staff records. Responsible for payroll administration, covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff and timely salary pay-out. Submission of CPF / childcare / maternity / paternity leave claims through government portal. Job Requirements Min. Degree holder, Grad Dip in HRM will be advantageous Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese stakeholders More than 10 years of HR managerial experience, preferably relevant working experience in Family Office or with Banking/ Finance background.
