Our client is a social service agency registered with the Ministry of Health, providing free Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation, low-cost medicine and treatment for the community regardless of race and religion. Human Resource Manager Job Requirements:

• Perform full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and training;
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures;
• Ensure legal compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g., CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government related claims as well as administering work pass application/issuance/renewal/cancellation etc;
• Enforcing company policies and practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with experience in HR or Management or related fields;
• At least 3 years of operational HR background
• Familiar with labour law and regulations governing Human Resources
• 5.5 days work week
